What is facilitation and when is it needed?
A facilitator helps a group—for example—co-develop something or build shared understanding. If facilitation isn’t your core expertise, we offer insightful, solution-oriented, and effective support in planning and executing interactions. We’re also here simply when your own time or resources are stretched too thin.
As professional facilitators, we create encounters that are both efficient and feel safe and inspiring for participants. Guiding productive dialogue among many people within a limited timeframe is a craft—and one that pays off.
What types of events, workshops, and encounters do we design and facilitate?
We have extensive experience in successfully planning and facilitating various workshops, discussions, panels, advisory boards, and events of all sizes for public authorities, companies, research groups, and NGOs.
We tailor the content of each encounter according to the client’s goals and carry them out smoothly and effectively. Afterward, we compile the outcomes into a clear and easily usable format.
What have we done?
We established a Nature Panel for the Ministry of the Environment—a citizen assembly supporting the development of Finland’s national biodiversity strategy.
We conceptualized and produced a webinar for insurance company If, focusing on risks caused by extreme weather and how to prepare for them.
We designed and facilitated a series of stakeholder dialogues for the Ministry of the Environment’s program aimed at enhancing water protection efforts.
