Strategy work is sustainability work
Today, no organization can overlook sustainability. We help make it an integral part of your organization’s strategy.
Responsible operations ensure an organization’s ability to anticipate changes in legislation and societal expectations. A strategy that incorporates sustainability also strengthens the organization’s brand and reputation while attracting top talent.
What kind of support do we offer for strategy work?
Our approach is flexible: We support strategy work from start to finish in close collaboration with our clients. We can also facilitate individual workshops, analyze the operating environment to support decision-making, or assist in communicating the strategy. Using visual methods, we help our clients identify key strategic priorities and engage in meaningful discussions around them.
We always involve employees and stakeholders in the strategy process. This fosters commitment and enthusiasm for change from the very beginning. A well-executed strategy process leaves a positive impact not only on the entire organization but also on the surrounding society.
We offer support for various strategic needs
Background Support: We assist in analyzing the operating environment, conducting foresight and benchmarking, and engaging stakeholders in the process.
Facilitation and Reporting: We help facilitate internal decision-making and compile insights from key partners, stakeholders, and customers to support strategic work.
Communication: We help articulate and visualize the new direction in a single image and design engaging, clear messaging to communicate it effectively.
What have we done?

We developed the Finnish National Agency for Education’s first communications strategy in a way that engaged both the agency’s staff and key stakeholders in the process.
We assisted the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in creating a communications and engagement strategy that supports the ministry’s strategic objectives and fosters a shared understanding of the direction of its communications.
