Sustainable solutions are born when unexpected parties meet. We support organizations in assessing the current state of their stakeholder engagement and developing ways for both internal and external stakeholders to participate.
We help strengthen your experts’ skills and capabilities for high-quality stakeholder interaction. Together with our clients, we also create and design entirely new ways of collaborating, participating, and working in networks.
What services do we offer to support stakeholder engagement and network design?
- Mapping and assessments (surveys, background interviews, operating environment analyses)
- Interaction plans and strategies for the organization
- Tools and guides to support engagement
- Trainings and workshops
- Design and concepting of collaboration models (e.g., networks, communities, clusters)
What have we done?
We conceptualized the Suometsäfoorumi (Peatland Forest Forum) for the SUO project, where forestry professionals collaboratively sought ways to implement sustainable forest management—finding a balance between economic interests and climate, biodiversity, and waterway impacts.
We designed and established a Nordic network for the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke), where biodiversity experts from Sweden, Norway, and Finland share insights on controlling and mitigating the spread of harmful invasive species.
