Marketing Communications Guidelines Strengthened Nomaji’s Position as a Pioneer in Sustainable Environmental Design

We supported the landscape architecture firm Nomaji in updating its communications strategy and clarifying its marketing communications guidelines.

Nomaji Landscape Architects, 2025

What was the project about?

Nomaji, a landscape architecture firm, identified a need to clarify its marketing communications guidelines. The aim was to strengthen the company’s positioning and differentiation as an expert in climate change adaptation and biodiversity, as well as to create practical tools to support marketing and sales efforts.

What did we do?

The project began with background research, during which we explored stakeholder perspectives and expectations and analysed Nomaji’s communications in relation to other players in the field. We conducted semi-structured interviews across different customer segments and produced a benchmarking analysis. In addition, we reviewed Nomaji’s brand image, communication channels, and ways to stand out in emerging areas of expertise.

How did it go?

The outcome of the project was a marketing communications guidelines document that brings together communication objectives, strategic priorities, and concrete actions. The document updates and complements Nomaji’s previous communications plan, providing the team with a clear, practical tool for day-to-day communication and sales. The guidelines steer communications towards a more customer-oriented, impactful, and distinctive narrative, while supporting thought leadership and expert-driven communication.

“I’m very happy that we chose Kaskas as our partner! The process was clear and it was easy to be involved. The discussions have been essential, and many things have become clearer and more focused. The written document as a concrete outcome will continue to be useful for years to come.”
